*The pappery skin from yellow onions. To dye 1 dozen I used the skin from about 3 lbs. onions.
*1 dozen large white eggs
*Large pot
*Cold water to just cover the eggs


Proceedure To Make Onion Skin Dyed Eggs:

Rub or peel the outer papery skin off of onions.

KALE CHIPS



These are more addictive than potato chips.
You should give them a try. You'll be hooked too!

KALE CHIPS

5 cups torn Kale pieces- removing stems
1 Tbsp Olive Oil-add more if needed
1 tsp season salt, or to taste
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
preheat oven to 200. Wash, rinse and tear kale into bite size pieces, place in a large bowl. add oil and toss. Sprinkle on the season salt and nutritional yeast. Toss to coat.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.

They seem to be on every flowering thing, adding not only more color to our yard, but movement too. They’re fun to watch as they flit from blossom to blossom. So relaxing too.
