Communities across Canada to join March 31st National Day of Action for a new Health Accord

Communities across Canada will be holding events on March 31st as part of the National Day of Action for a new Health Accord. Canadians from coast to coast to coast are calling on the federal government to negotiate a new Health Accord that would ensure stable funding and universal care. WHEN: March 31st, 2015 WHERE: Events across Canada (click through for local details) WHY:  No Health Accord means $36 billion in cuts to health care and the quality of health care will depend on where you live.  This is not the universal and stable health care system that Canadians expect and creates a context that is ripe for health care privatization.
